These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to services provided by Nashdotbarbers Ltd (Company No. 17235070, SIC 96020), registered at 114 Godstone Road, Purley, CR8 2DE, England ("we", "us"). By booking or using our services you agree to these Terms.
We provide professional barbering and grooming services including skin fades, scissor cuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves and related treatments, as described on this website. All services are delivered in person at our premises: 114 Godstone Road, Purley, CR8 2DE.
Appointments may be arranged via our contact form, by telephone (07454 740 636) or in person. A booking is confirmed when we acknowledge it by phone, email or in person. Walk-in appointments are accepted subject to availability. No payment is taken through this website — all payments are made in person at the time of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us as much notice as possible (ideally at least 24 hours) so we can offer the slot to another client. Because our services are personal services provided at a specific time, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the appointment date has passed or, if you have agreed that the service may start within the 14-day period, from the moment the service commences.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in us being unable to accept future bookings.
Prices shown on this website are indicative ("from" prices). Your final price may vary depending on the exact service requested and will be confirmed before we begin. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. No surcharge applies for card payments.
We provide all services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to ask us to repeat the relevant part of the service at no extra cost, or — where a repeat is impossible or not completed within a reasonable time — to receive a price reduction. Please raise any concern with us at the time of your visit or contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
All services are fulfilled exclusively in person at our Purley premises. There is no delivery of physical goods. Appointment times are agreed between us and the client; we will make every reasonable effort to honour agreed times.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
